Piaggio India has set up its first overseas operations in Nepal. The company's iconic scooter brand Vespa made its debut in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
The Vespa range was unveiled in the presence of Stefano Pelle, managing director, Piaggio India at an exclusive launch event.

D-Lifestyles, which introduced the Vespa brand of scooters in Nepal, has launched the Vespa SR 150 scooter in the market.
The price of the scooter starts from Rs 239,900. The Vespa SR 150 is a 150cc scooter and can reach a speed of 60 km per hour in 5.6 seconds. The scooter will be available in D-Lifestyles showrooms in Durbar Marg, Kupondole and Lazimpat.

As per the company, the bikes will be launched in the second half of January 2018.
